JAKARTA – Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) RI memastikan bahwa biaya penyelenggaraan ibadah haji tahun 2025 akan mengalami penurunan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini dilakukan sesuai arahan Presiden Prabowo Subianto untuk meningkatkan efisiensi tanpa mengurangi kualitas pelayanan bagi para jemaah.
Wakil Menteri Agama, Muhammad Syafi’i, mengungkapkan bahwa revisi skema Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji (BPIH) sedang dalam tahap finalisasi. "Revisi ini akan kami sampaikan kepada Komisi VIII DPR RI untuk dibahas lebih lanjut melalui Panitia Kerja (Panja)," ujar Syafi’i usai rapat di Istana Kepresidenan, Jumat (27/12/2024).
Syafi’i menjelaskan, efisiensi biaya dilakukan dengan fokus pada komponen utama seperti penerbangan, akomodasi, konsumsi, dan transportasi. "Biaya penerbangan menjadi komponen terbesar, mencapai 35–40 persen dari total biaya haji. Kami berupaya menekan biaya ini tanpa mengorbankan kenyamanan jemaah," tambahnya.
Pada tahun sebelumnya, biaya total haji ditetapkan sebesar Rp93,4 juta, dengan Rp56 juta dibebankan kepada jemaah. Pemerintah optimistis angka tersebut dapat diturunkan untuk tahun 2025.
Menteri Agama Nasaruddin Umar menegaskan bahwa penurunan biaya tidak akan mengurangi kualitas pelayanan. Beberapa langkah strategis yang sedang dipertimbangkan meliputi:
- Pengurangan Masa Tinggal
Memotong durasi masa tinggal di Arab Saudi untuk menekan biaya harian, namun tetap sesuai aturan pemerintah setempat. - Efisiensi Kontrak di Armuzna
Percepatan penyelesaian kontrak layanan di Arafah, Muzdalifah, dan Mina (Armuzna) untuk mendapatkan layanan yang optimal dengan biaya lebih terjangkau. - Pemilihan Maskapai Aman dan Nyaman
Tetap mengutamakan keselamatan dan kenyamanan jemaah dalam pemilihan maskapai, meskipun biaya ditekan. - Perbaikan Logistik Konsumsi dan Transportasi
Menyempurnakan logistik konsumsi dan transportasi jemaah selama pelaksanaan haji.
Pemerintah dan DPR RI berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan pembahasan BPIH 2025 secara transparan dan terukur. Meski DPR sedang reses, rapat terkait tetap akan dilaksanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.
"Dengan langkah ini, kami ingin memastikan bahwa lebih banyak masyarakat yang dapat menunaikan ibadah haji dengan biaya lebih terjangkau namun tetap mendapatkan pelayanan maksimal," tegas Nasaruddp
Arahan langsung Presiden Prabowo menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan biaya yang efisien dan profesional, sejalan dengan harapan masyarakat. Presiden juga meminta agar Kemenag berinovasi dalam penyelenggaraan haji untuk memberikan pengalaman terbaik bagi jemaah.
Dengan upaya kolaboratif antara Kemenag, DPR RI, dan mitra terkait, biaya haji 2025 diharapkan tidak hanya lebih terjangkau tetapi juga dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan ketenangan bagi para jemaah.
