Tebo – Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Tebo, Varial Adhi Putra, terus mengingatkan seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kabupaten Tebo untuk menjaga netralitas selama pelaksanaan Pilkada 2024. Pesan ini kerap disampaikan Pj Bupati dalam berbagai kesempatan, baik saat menghadiri rapat di tingkat kabupaten, kecamatan, maupun saat turun ke desa-desa, Minggu (20/10/2024).
Varial Adhi Putra menekankan bahwa ASN harus tetap berada pada posisi netral dan tidak menunjukkan keberpihakan kepada salah satu pasangan calon, karena hal tersebut bertentangan dengan aturan yang berlaku. Ia mengingatkan, pelanggaran terhadap netralitas ASN dapat berakibat pada sanksi tegas sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
"Setiap kesempatan kita selalu menyampaikan kepada ASN, baik di acara Pemerintah Kabupaten Tebo, Kecamatan, hingga ke desa-desa, agar menjaga netralitas. Jangan sampai ada yang melanggar aturan," tegas Varial.
Pj Bupati menambahkan, meskipun ASN memiliki hak pilih, mereka hanya boleh menunjukkan pilihan mereka pada saat pemungutan suara yang akan berlangsung pada tanggal 27 November mendatang, dan itu dilakukan di bilik suara, tanpa menunjukkan keberpihakan di ruang publik.
Selain itu, Varial juga meminta ASN untuk bijak dalam menggunakan media sosial. Ia mengingatkan agar para pegawai tidak meninggalkan jejak digital yang menunjukkan dukungan pada salah satu pasangan calon, seperti memberi tanda "like" atau komentar di media sosial.
"Kita minta ASN lebih bijak di media sosial. Jangan sampai Bawaslu menilai adanya keberpihakan hanya karena aktivitas di media sosial, seperti menyukai atau mengomentari postingan terkait pasangan calon. Itu bisa dianggap sebagai bentuk dukungan, dan itu dilarang," jelasnya.
Dengan pengawasan yang semakin ketat dari Bawaslu, ASN di Kabupaten Tebo diimbau untuk tetap mematuhi aturan dan menjaga profesionalitas selama masa Pilkada berlangsung. Netralitas ASN menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga demokrasi yang sehat dan adil di Kabupaten Tebo. (*)
